1st book (Tony Chachere's Creole Foods of Opelousas)
The main thing missing from my edition (I think it has been published in earlier editions) is Tony's recipe for creole seasoning. He sells it by the jar now. No self-respecting cook in Cajun country would be without "Tony's"
