- The fictional author of a series of diaries also known as Lady Grace Mysteries. Though the covers of the books say the author is Grace Cavendish, a maid-of-honor to Queen Elizabeth, the first four books, Assassin, Betrayal and Conspiracy, and the later Feud, actually were written by Patricia Finney. The later ones are written by Sara Vogler and Jan Burchett. See separate LT entries for them.

Feud (The Grace Mysteries) di Lady Grace Cavendish
As usual, Patricia Finney crafts a tight and believeable mystery. The Lady Grace mysteries were favorites from my childhood, for the bravery and intelligence of their heroine. These are really good books.
Another great historical fiction piece. Love the combination of Elizabeth and the nautical life.
Lady Grace is witty and smart, making this one of my favorite historical fiction books ever. Recently read for the second time.
