The plot of this book is good, it flows well, and has a good ending. But there are a few inexplicable events, such as when one of the protagonists disappears for a weekend without letting her relatives (who she lives with) know that she will be gone for a couple of days. She is also described as being a strong and tough woman, but she is on the brink of tears every time someone criticizes her or yells at her. Over and over, her actions don’t correlate with her character’s description.
The book was difficult to read in a lot of places. With so many female characters, it was impossible to discern to which person the ‘she’ or ‘her’ was referring. More names and fewer pronouns would be helpful.
The romantic scenes were well written, with an appropriate build up as the protagonists get to know each other.
