The Cranks Recipe Book di David Canter
Reliable. Inventive. I find it has too many recipes for cakes and desserts many of which are by their very nature vegetarian anyway ie they could be found in any cookery book.
Been used quite a lot but nowhere near as much as the standard Cranks book
