This is a featherweight book of vignettes culled from the 1993 to 2003 seasons by a New York Jets beat reporter. Any fan who has followed the team would be hard pressed to find anything new or revelatory in here; nothing much beyond the headlines and the well-worn tales. This is a lazy, disappointing effort from a writer who has been in position to deliver much more.
