In this outing, Luna (human) and Franklin (dragon) "go on an adventure to search for Franklin's family and explore the world together." They wind up traveling to the moon and finding Franklin's long-lost family there, and enjoying a reunion before returning to Earth.

I can't decide whether the slant rhyme is charming or annoying; I'd recommend practice before reading it aloud to a group. A sweet story, though.

Full of curious slant rhyme, in this adventure, Luna and Franklin follow Luna's pet tortoise Neil into a book - literally! They encounter fairy tale creatures, all of whom want to leave with them to explore the real world. Back at home, they celebrate Franklin's birthday with a picnic.

"Is this our happily ever after?" asks Luna, drinking tea.
"I don't know," Franklin grins. "But we have friends and books, and that's the best that it could be!"

An enjoyable one-timer.
