Stanley Burroughs

This is a great little book. I did the cleanse for 7 days (Was supposed to do 10) I loved how I felt on it and was never hungry. The drink you make tastes great and I was able to work and maintain my energy despite the no food.
I do wish some things were more specific. It made it sound like the laxative and salt flush were optional which they aren't really. Overall though it was a good reference and interesting read.

I'm planning to do it again some time for the full 10 days or maybe a little longer.… (altro)
