Breve biografia
Aaron Burr, third Vice President of the United States, challenged and killed his political rival, Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton, in a famous duel in 1804. The event put an end to his career in politics. Burr's later activities in the West after his term as Vice President had ended led to charges of treason, for which he was tried and acquitted in 1807.
