Terra Brockman

Beginning with the month of November and continuing for an entire year, we have a glimpse of Terra's brother's sustainable agriculture farm. Henry's farm is located in Illinois and provides fresh produce year-round for those involved in the CSA effort in that area. We get a glimpse of how things have changed over the years. There's quite a bit of work done on the farm, but for this family, it is a labor of love. A few recipes are included throughout the narrative using ingredients harvested that week or month.
