"Experiment with Weather" by Miranada Bower is a book filled with hands-on, easy science experiments for children. This book is about weather topics, so all the projects are related to weather. The book is kid friendly; both the the text and sentence structure is easy for children to read. It gives simple directions for each of the projects. I like that most of the materials used in the projects are objects that are around your typical household. In addition to having different activities, there are also facts throughout the book. This book is filled with things that can be done in a school or in a home setting. What I like most about this book is that it introduces basic science concepts to children, and it helps satisfy their curiosity about how the world works.… (altro)
