The Right to Be Out: Sexual Orientation and Gender… di Stuart Biegel

An excellent resource book, but be aware--it is a RESOURCE book. The major topics are legal precedent and professional development. This isn't a "read cover to cover" book. Excellently written, and thoughtful. The chapter on legal precedent for student equality and protection for children in the school environment is particularly good. A must have for any educator, whether they be in K-12 or beyond.

The Right to Be Out: Sexual Orientation and Gender… di Stuart Biegel

A great informative book over the rights of young people in schools. The book goes over in nice deal the recent court decisions which now shape the rights our students now have to be out. I warmly recommend this book -whether you are a student in public school wanting to know your rights be out, a teacher who wants to know your rights, someone who is concerned about students rights, and more.
