Good posture helps with so many things and taking the time to simply breath is a good mind body connection exercise. It doesn't take long and doesn't require any special skills but does so much for your body!

It had a lot of promise. I like the idea of teaching kids about the benefits of good posture, but this one had some issues.
I didn't feel like there was a lot of practical information here. The author gave his checklist for taking care of yourself to prevent pain, but fell short in instruction. There were time it felt more like an invitation to visit his practice. The rhyme scheme was clunky. Rhyming is not easy, and for a book like this I would have preferred simple prose rather than complex word structure for the sake of a rhyme.… (altro)

Helped me teach my 4yo some good coping techniques. The 7 minute huddle was key.
