This is an intriguing book. I like the premise, but it seems almost unrealistic. The author defers to a "normal" family, but that can be quite unattainable these days. There are some good suggestions, and if my children were way younger, I would probably implement some of them. For now, I'll raise them to be the best that they can be and place them in God's hands.

This book was a wonderful read and a much needed message. Although it wasn’t exhaustive on the subject, it is definitely a vital book in the curriculum for figuring out how to live a peaceful, joyful, and content life in Christ while also living in our hurrying and hustling culture.

The title is the point of the book. Chapters contain examples of hustle, information overload, and busyness. In other words, stop doing what is written about in the book.
