The Gentleman's Companion (Volume II) di Charles H. Baker
One of the best books of drink recipes ever written. Not so much because of the recipes (many of them are good but many of them are also a bit off, at least according to modern tastes in cocktails), but because of Baker's notes and comments about the receipes. Highly recommended.
