In another galaxy, a blue boy survives a war and takes a gun, a plane, and a robot as his family because he doesn't want to be hurt or lose anything he cares about again. He refuses love and friendship from and old lady and a young girl, and flies to the moon to meet an old man who is said to never die. The blue boy must destroy his gun in order to stay and he ends up studying the people on the blue planet with the old man. Together, they try tounderstand why people fight and destroy.
