This book is super cute, and it incorporates math. I like the way this book shows all of the ways math can be used in every subject, even walking to school. I like that math is found everywhere, and this book shows that.

I wasn’t wild about this book. I appreciate the concept of it teaching children that math is everywhere, not just in school or homework. The author uses relatable scenarios to exhibit how children can experience math every day, such as fractions with pizza slices and counting bug legs. However, I thought the text was choppy and did not flow very well.

This book was absolutely wonderful! I love that this book represented math being used in everyday things like sitting in desk, walking, and even putting on shoes. I think this book can teach children more about math, where it is used, and why it is so important. This book addressed counting, shapes, time, and patterns. This book definitely showed authentic uses for math. I would happily add this book to my classroom library.
