Keitaro Arima

The manga makes a sudden two year jump. We are told that Grandpa and Elfriede are gone and Kouhei is training to better protect Hazuki. There is a whole host of new characters here including a fiance, grandmother and master. We get a run through of how things work on the mountain. I wasn't thrilled with the two year jump or missing out on what happened to two of my favorite characters; particularly since they completely disappeared from the book. I think if they had shown us what happened to Grandpa and Elfriede I would have been less annoyed about the jump since training scenes can get repetitive and I get that.… (altro)
