This has to be one of my favorite books of all time. I have actually read it several times and each time I do, the book gets better. It is so interesting because it is real. The Warrior's Edge> is a fascinating
insight with details regarding different ways that the US military uses to train people. The focus is more on mental training and has references to experimental studies that have been done. Much of what is mentioned in the book is just the tip of what the government studies. To some people, the techniques might seem to be very unusual and far fetched although not so in my opinion.
