For some reason, books on NFP (or Natural Family Planning) can be very confusing. Between strange terminology, complex descriptions of essentially simple procedures and confusing charts, they can make an easy job a lot more complicated than it needs to be.

However, this book takes a step in the right direction. Yes, there may be a little confusion here or there when you are trying to work out the details of exactly what temperature you need to be and when - but, all and all, it helps to simplify a complex (sounding) situation.

There ARE better books out there on the subject. But this would be a good one to start out with.… (altro)
