I really loved this book so much. It love all the members of the society and just the development of all the characters. It was such a fast pace read and very well done. I was impressed by the female character and the lack of a focus on romance really. Their were hints of love triangle but not the focus. I loved the heist and the rather nice plot twist towards the end of the book! ( )

As always, Ally Carter delivers. One of the best young adult authors, and one that I've had the privilege to meet at TLA.

The writing in this book was pretty bad. I thought I would like the adventure/action story, but it felt very wooden and distant. I'm really not a writing snob - I'll take a great plot or great characters and overlook so-so writing, but this book didn't really offer any of the above.
