This book is dedicated to my colleague, Don DeBrandt. While Rembrandt is something of a maniac, he does have his talents; Coffin Juice, Red Dawns, the Skullbuster, the Church of the Laughing Cow, and the Black Rock City riding crop are a few of his creations.
