This is a sequel to "A Wing & a Prayer." At first I thought they were similar stories, but found they were quite different.

Christy Conners woke up from a nighmare that involved her younger sister, Candy. She was 25 & after a successful modeling career, had retired. She had worked hard at modeling, but quit before she showed her age. She was now the owner of Designs by Christy & was getting rich. She got ready for her new day, she knew she was beautiful, but felt empty. Aggie took care of her morning needs & made phone calls for her, while she dealt with debutantes. However, Deborah Bradford seemed like someone she would enjoy working with, although she looked intimidating. Debroah's fiancee, Curt, was attractive & joined them for lunch. Christy told Curt that she was in business to help women have their fairy tale wedding. She made notes of what materials the bride wanted for her wedding dress & asked about the groomsmen. Their call was interrupted by a call from Cheryl Fairchild postponing her wedding, again, so she decided to take Debbie & Curt as customers, despite her attraction to Curt. After they left, She got a call from her brother, Erik, informing her that her sister had been in a serious car accident. ( )
