I'm willing to give this one star because the tips on meditation were informative. Aside from that most of this book earned a similar opinion to 'Drugs, Sex, and Co-Co Puffs' which is to say I felt the author whined on incessantly without ever making a unique or inspirationaly origional point.

Buddhism approach to letting go. Well written, easy read and very helpful. Live for the now, not for yesterday or tomorrow. ( )
