The Story:

A (what should have been) quick story of a one night stand. What made it not so quick for me is a lack of interest. It was hot and I could feel the chemistry between the characters but I just didn’t get attached to them in any way. Also I’m very confused about Quinn’s physical description. Jack admires her curves but his boy calls her a “slip of a thing” then she complains about not fitting in Jack's hoodie but it swallows her up. It’s like her being a plus sized character was an afterthought that wasn’t executed well. Overall it was entertaining enough but I probably won’t be exploring the series any further.

I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH. The Corpse vibes was AMAZING. The office scene has to be one of my favorites in this book. SO HOT. And the way Jack beat up the fucker who looked at his girl. I WANT A MAN LIKE THAT. The smut scenes were so elite. The texts between his friends were so funny too, cause I was LITERALLY thinking the same thing. I CANT WAIT FOR THE 2ND ONE WITH WES TO COME OUT. This was such a quick read and it was AMAZING!! ( )
