Booooooo, I am officially all caught up on this series and the one that connects to this. I’m a sad panda. I loved this one, I love Lou and how she told her daughter how it is. ( )

Another fantastic book from Kayley Loring. This is the Nico's story, which is the next one in the series with Sleeper. Once I started listening, I could not stop. I loved it so much I could not sleep and stayed up all night to listen. Nico was immediately drawn to a waitress at a coffee shop in his neighborhood and spent every night drinking coffee just so he could be near her.
I could really feel the chemistry between Nico and Kat. There were several times where my heart broke for Nico because Kat did not always take him seriously. So many emotions throughout. I found myself laughing a lot, mostly at Kat's inner dialog. Kat's mother also stole the show a few times. Plenty of steam, laugh out loud moments, great characters that grew throughout the story and of course the HEA we love. Even if the HEA was hard to get to, it was worth it in the end. Narration was great. Jason Clarke and MacKenzie Cartwright are always fantastic and this is no exception. Getting to hear Jason Clarke sing was a great little bonus as well. ( )
