One thing that did concern me the Hero and heroine are so drunk they don't remember their night together though they definitely had sex with no condom.
But the heroine has a few days ago found out her boyfriend was cheating and she's on the pill.
So what about STDs if the ex cheated? Pregnancy from her ex?
These issues weren't even on the radar. No mention of getting tested and she moved on quickly anyway. ( )

Adam is a rock star and Emily is his sister's best friend. Emily has always had a crush on Adam. They are both longing for a relationship and after lamenting their situation and having a lot too much to drink, end up getting married in Las Vegas. Each has feeling for the other, but the path to their marriage being real is not smooth.

I didn't mind this. I liked the beginning better than the middle, and the end was satisfying. Personally I wouldn't call this a Rom Com because the situations they were in were more tense and angsty rather than humorous in my opinion. I'm going to check out some other books by this author that have characters in common with this book. Solid 3 stars. ( )
