I quite liked this easy to read book. Each story is one short page, with little details and pictures on the other page. Some of the stories I was familiar with to some extent, others were completely new revelations. This is a great book to have around when you just want a few minutes to read something, and even then, it will be completed pretty quickly. ( )

A real fun collection of easy-to-read ditties about some of the more obscure events and personalities in history. The chronological order works well. Heck, I never knew Hedy Lamarr was practically a rocket scientist! ( )
