I have separated the 2nd edition (ISBNs 0804744904 and 0804744890) from the 1st (ISBNs 0804724970 and 0804724989) because only roughly a quarter of the contents remain the same from one edition to the next. Combining them again would make a mess of the mostly different contributor sets.
